Zonal’s easy-to-use reporting options ensure that you can gain business intelligence from all areas of your EPoS system in real-time. We recognise that difficulties do arise, so our Helpcentre is on call 365 days per year and our engineers are never very far away. On average, problems reported to our Helpcentre are fixed within 80 minutes and an engineer is usually on site within the day to resolve hardware related issues.
