As a venue with a prestigious reputation, Orocco Pier’s part owner, Peter Wilson, wanted an EPoS supplier with a similarly high reputation. This combination of technology streamlined the communications process, making “communications between the waiter and the kitchen and bar quick and easy. The order is taken at the table on the handheld terminal and instantly the drinks order is printed out at the bar and the food order in the kitchen.” Peter added that this “results in quick and efficient service, without errors, and that is good for our customers.” In fact, good for Orocco Pier too, because happy customers are more likely to come back in the future.
