Fuller, Smith and Turner, London based brewer and operator, first installed Zonal solution in May 2004. Now their entire managed estate of 162 pubs and hotels all use Zonal's Aztec Management System.
When Fuller's bought six landmark pubs in central London, Zonal was again called upon to ensure that Aztec was also installed in these newly acquired sites. Since all these pubs are exceptional quality venues (including the flagship Red Lion pub in Westminster - a favourite with MPs) it was essential that all installations took place without affecting trade and to the highest standards.
Zonal's commitment to superior customer service was demonstrated by reacting readily to Fuller’s request to have all six pubs operating without any breaks in trading. Fuller’s requested to have the old system out and Zonal's system in and operational by opening time on the day of the acquisition.

Adhering to an extremely tight schedule, Zonal removed the legacy equipment, installed all the new hardware and hot-staged all sites within a two day window to allow Fullers to complete the data set-up before the software install.
Mark Caiger, Zonal's Account Manager for Fuller's said: “Four Project Support implementers and two engineers worked to install the sites - with additional backup from me and one of the engineers at site. It was a great team effort with good communication between us throughout the day to ensure that all sites were able to operate from opening time on the day with minimal disruption."
All six pubs can be found within central London: the Scarsdale in Kensington, the Red Lion on Parliament Street, the Queen's Head on Brook Green, the Hereford in South Kensington, Ye Olde Mitre in Hatton Garden and the Swan on Bayswater Road, which overlooks Hyde Park.
