11-04-11 State-of-the-art EPoS solution for Loungers and Cosy Club sites

Operating 17 food-led cafe bars in and around Bristol, Birmingham, Taunton
and Cardiff, Loungers approached Zonal after they decided that their business needed an up-to-date EPoS solution that enabled them to manage their estate more effectively.

They recently opened a new site in Birmingham called Loco Lounge, which is a new build and there are plans for more sites in Bath, further extending the Cosy Club brand.

Following a successful trial in 5 sites, we installed Aztec in the remaining 11 existing sites in 4 weeks, before completing the rollout by installing our EPoS solution in the new Loco Lounge site.
Two terminals were installed in most sites, with one Cosy Club taking four terminals.

Aztec is now operating in all 17 sites and Loungers are also using our hosting service for their Head Office. The system is configured to send detailed reports automatically to selected staff on a daily and monthly basis.
