11-08-11 Zonal Customer Group reaches out to independent hospitality operators

Zonal has been developing a new Zonal Customer Group aimed at our mid-size customers and the second event took place last month. Delegates attended from companies such as Whiting and Hammond and the Bulldog Pub Company to discuss all things Zonal and the issues faced in their sector.

This year's event was held at a Hilton hotel in Surrey and the event culminated with hospitality at nearby Epsom Downs Racecourse, where attendees had the opportuinity to network in a fun and relaxed environment with evening racing and live music courtesy of Texas.

This is as much an essential event for us as it is for our customers because it gives us a chance to listen to the views and concerns of our clients while also giving attendees the chance to network. It is important for our customers to feel that we support them and address their needs, and events like this are vital to maintain communication and build business relationships between customers and Zonal.

The feedback from delegates was very positive and this is looking like becoming as large and popular as our larger ZCG which is attended by our major clients such as Greene King and JDW.
