Cosy Joe's, is a specialist carvery led food pub operating in Newcastle.

Cosy Joe's contacted Zonal to install a 4-terminal EPoS solution that could automatically manage different price tariffs at different times of the day and week, handle promotions and vouchers and produce carvery tickets at the point of sale for redemption at the carvery counter.

Their solution also needed a real-time stock management system that automatically counts down portions as they are sold, allowing them to produce more food before the stocks run low.

The system was installed in December 2010 and it is planned to open further sites as the company grows.
