Zonal's training department has always been committed to providing the highest standard of training services to its customers.
As a measure of quality, the training department sought accreditation from the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), who control established quality standards for IT training professionals.
The LPI completed a rigorous auditing process and we are pleased to announce that Zonal met the standard and has been granted the LPI Mark of Accreditation, which is awarded to organisations meeting the highest and best practice quality standards.
Nigel Harrison, responsible for training services said that "the accreditation shows our customers that the training being delivered is effective, focused on meeting their needs and objectives, and is of the highest quality. It also demonstrates our commitment to undertake a programme of continuous performance improvement in partnership with the LPI, to ensure the training services we offer continually meet the quality standards set out by the LPI".
As Zonal has always been committed to providing the highest standards in all areas of the business, Zonal also took the opportunity for the LPI to measure the quality of the internal training conducted throughout the organisation. We are pleased to announce that the internal training also was granted the LPI mark of accreditation.
“As an organisation Zonal provides many other services to its customers and it is essential that our internal departments’ service matches that which is commercially available. This means that the quality of all internal training is delivered and monitored to the highest standards ensuring that Zonal employees continue to develop their skills and capabilities, which can be applied to the workplace and directly benefit our customers that our employees come into contact with (Craig Hamill, Employee Development Manager)".
