Symantec, the developers of pcAnywhere software used by Zonal to remotely support clients, have recently announced a risk to user security due to malicious activity (hacking).

Zonal strongly recommends that you access the above URL and follow all instructions to update your pcAnywhere software with the latest hotfixes and patches.
