Zonal take to the stage at Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Live
Directors from Zonal are joining a star-studded line-up of speakers at next month’s Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Live event.
Zonal Marketing Technologies managing director, Olivia FitzGerald and Zonal’s chief operating officer, Peter Edwards will be presenting alongside personalities such as award-winning journalist, broadcaster and food critic, Jay Raynor and Professor Charles Spence, who is an experimental psychologist at the University of Oxford and has worked with renowned chefs, including Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck.
The three day event, from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 February, will feature 40 speakers from around the world and takes place at One Moorgate Place, London.
Olivia will be the first to take to the stage at Bootcamp on Tuesday 16 February, where she will set the scene for the day sharing how to use technology to capitalise on shifting consumer trends. Olivia’s background is in the digital sphere and she is passionate about enabling clients to unlock the promise of technology and put ambitious digital marketing goals within reach.
The following day, Wednesday 17 February, Peter will join a panel of experts to discuss the Restaurant of the Future. He brings more than 30 years technology and hospitality experience to the panel, having harnessed a career at Zonal that leverages technology and business systems to better reach brand staff and consumers and improve the overall customer experience.
