Handheld EPoS terminals can be introduced into your sites without the need for any extra training as they use the same powerful EPoS program as standard terminals. An additional benefit of the handheld terminal is that in addition to its normal EPoS terminal function, it can double up as a unit to enter stock count figures.
With the addition of an optional magnetic swipe reader, Zonal's handheld terminal can also process EFT transactions directly from the customer's table. Use the time it previously took your staff to walk back and forth between the customers and the card reader to serve more customers and increase your turnover.
Users can also choose whether to send a complete system image to the handheld terminal or just updates to an existing one. In addition to this explanations and advice, in the form of hints, are displayed to inform users why greyed out buttons are unavailable.
