Our Management Information Systems (MIS) suite of products works with Aztec and PRIZM alike and gives you the ability to harness the power of your existing business data. This range includes tools that can export relevant data to various third party systems, for example Payroll and Accounts applications.

Dimensions - Head Office Reporting and Publishing

Dimensions is a powerful head office reporting tool that allows flexible reporting on data stored in PRIZM and Aztec systems. Custom reports and graphs can be produced and all information can be drilled-down for further analysis. Dimensions Publisher can be used to automate daily routines by scheduling auto-print, auto-export and auto-email functions. Reports published to local Intranet or secure Internet sites enable you to reach a wider audience immediately.

Dimensions - Alerts

Empower your key staff to provide the professional and efficient service that you would expect from your best managers. In busy hospitality venues, it is easy to get pre-occupied with delivering sustained customer service and overlook some of the more fundamental issues such as washroom cleanliness checks and overflowing cash drawers.

With Event Alert, you can ensure that specific staff members are paged regularly with a range of scheduled alerts, for example two-hourly washroom checks, ash tray replacement and glass collecting. You can even set a reminder to ensure last orders are called at the bar.

Totally flexible triggered alerts can be configured to alert the site manager or appropriate senior staff of various business critical limits such as cash drawers reaching £1,000 or a VIP customer using a loyalty card or making an especially large purchase.

Both triggered and scheduled alerts are completely flexible and can be configured to accept financial data from the EPoS terminal or the Aztec site PC and alerts can be paged directly to staff, emailed to any PC user (including head office) or sent as an SMS text message to any mobile phone.

Aztec Application Reports
Each key Aztec application (Finance, Stock, Human Resources, Purchasing, Promotions) has a range of flexible and powerful reporting functions to create reports needed by site staff and head office staff to ensure the business is always performing at its peak.
Site Reporting
Site Reporter can analyse the EPoS data that is present on your site and drill-down functionality lets you obtain your chosen level of detail on audit, employee, financial controls and product sales information. All material can be exported to spreadsheets for further data analysis and presentation. Compatible with both Aztec and PRIZM.
Payroll Export
The Employee Export tool allows the export of employee pay rates and working hours from Aztec and PRIZM to third party Payroll applications. Pay Rate Codes can be allocated to link directly to the chosen payroll system. You can define analysis codes to perform customised routines.
Finance Export
The Finance Export tool allows the export of Aztec and PRIZM financial data to third party Accounts systems. Data can be diced, sliced or summarised in the most convenient format for your Accounts package and analysis codes can be defined and used to perform customised routines.
Purchase Export
The Purchase Export tool allows the export of Aztec and PRIZM purchase related data (product account and sub-category, nominal codes, etc.) to third party Accounts systems. Data can be grouped or summarised in the most convenient format for your Accounts package and analysis codes can be defined and used to perform customised routines.
Tariff Generator
This extremely user-friendly application makes the creation of Site Price Lists for all your venues a quick and easy task.
