The system enables you to define all job types used within your business and manage staff information easily for both current and former employees.

Scheduling facilities are provided to allow you to create staff rotas on a weekly basis. The weekly staffing schedule is broken down by job type and includes built in cost analysis, ensuring that you not only have adequate staff coverage, but cost efficient coverage too.

You can carefully monitor payroll by comparing actual hours worked, gathered from the EPoS Terminals, against scheduled hours, and making adjustments accordingly. Employee performance analysis is also built in, enabling you to set and monitor sales and performance targets for your employees, as well as providing you with an added security benefit. The comprehensive reporting function allows you to view detailed reports for days, weeks or any specified period. All configuration (including job types and pay rates) can be managed from head office or site, allowing you to devolve exactly the level of control to your sites that you wish to.
