You will be assigned a Project Implementation Manager to take care of everything - from establishing your policies and procedures to defining site operations. We'll advise you on best practice at every turn - helping you get the best from your investment.
At this stage, we'll also agree the success criteria for the project, as well as major milestones.
Project ManagementYour dedicated Project Support Manager will oversee the entire implementation of your EPoS system. They will ensure you are informed of everything that is needed and goals that will be achieved, using very detailed project plans - updated on a regular basis.
The Project Support Manager is responsible for co-ordinating all resources to meet your timescales and business needs, making adjustments as necessary. A key project goal is to ensure that there is minimal impact to the estate and that trade on each site remains unaffected. Our dedicated staff have the experience to answer all your questions and help to mould the Aztec system into the EPoS system you need, ensuring you maximise your revenue potential, all within the project budget.
Site SurveysA site survey is carried out for each site included in the migration project and this is a key element in ensuring minimal disruption to normal trading. Surveys include research into your existing EPoS model and configuration, assessing additional hardware requirements (including cabling), and identifying new hardware and software configuration and set up instructions.
All detailed survey documentation will be provided to your data set up and maintenance departments, with summaries of areas needing attention or of special concern being highlighted to key project personnel.
Data SetupOur dedicated Data Bureau will provide their expertise to ensure the newly migrated site is configured and set up in accordance with the site survey document. Their experience and knowledge of hospitality systems will ensure nothing is missed prior to your 'go-live'. The will allocate menus, price your products and designing your EPoS themes, concentrating on the end-user side of your business as well as your head office maintenance. Checking your data is correct is a vital part of our validation process and we will ensure all your products are available and at the correct price.
Hot StagingThe Hot Staging process guarantees your hardware is ready for 'go-live'. We set up a complete replica system, using your hardware configured to your business model and bench test everything prior to delivery. This includes all reconfigures from head office, data validation and on-site system validation if necessary. Business impact due to equipment failure (dead on arrival) on implementation day is eradicated and your sites can begin trading in a very short time.
InstallationThe Implementation team are dedicated hospitality and leisure EPoS system installers that have the knowledge and expertise to guarantee a smooth transition to your new Aztec EPoS system. They can install at any time that is beneficial to your business and any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will make sure your doors open on time!
New equipment is always installed to the highest professional standard (units positioned well and cables tidied) and any remaining legacy equipment will be removed and boxed up for collection.
Technical Management TeamOur Technical Management team can offer a wide range of additional optional services including dialler and server setup and general system configuration within your head office infrastructure. We can offer consultation services on VPNs and general networking and are available to set up test systems to aid Aztec's implementation as the perfect EPoS system for your business.
We can create detailed development requests for you, to accurately document future system enhancement requests and pass these on to our Development team for inclusion in product pipeline planning at the earliest opportunity.
