Please note we will ask for the following information:

  • Your Name and your Site Name
  • Product causing a problem and nature of the fault
  • Any error messages or error numbers
  • If it is a PoS system fault, provide the name of the faulty PoS

Instant Help Online

All Zonal EPoS systems have instant on-line help to describe normal day-to-day tasks and system functions and help troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.

  • On the PoS, simply press HELP to display the PoS online help menu.
  • On any back office application, press F1 to display instantly a help menu for the application you are working with.

Access your Customer Web Report Service Account

Existing clients can access their Customer Web Report Service Account to:

  • Log new calls
  • Get updates on open call status
  • View closed call history
  • View relevant service call statistics

New users can have a Customer Web Report Service Account created by contacting their Account Manager.
