The head office is the hub or control centre of a leisure business. Head office managers can analyse the performance of the business via the extensive reporting options on all aspects of your business and make product and price decisions for the whole organisation. The head office can either assume complete control of all matters (suitable for new sites or sites with inexperienced managers) or devolve varying amounts of control to site managers. At the furthest end of the spectrum you can reduce head office to a merely supervisory role where you configure a common area of the theme for the PoS terminals across all your sites, view global reports and produce financial audits.

Aztec Human Resources gives you complete control over staffing. The Staff Scheduler enables site managers to assign staff different jobs on different days as required. Your staff rota can be defined several weeks in advance and the security option allows you to prevent staff from changing their job type on clock in.

Managers can view reports on all aspects of business at a leisure venue, from beer and food sold in the site restaurants and bars to entry tickets to the various facilities.

As standard, Zonal EPoS terminals are fitted with an integral magnetic stripe reader for credit and debit cards and our EFT system is approved by all the major banks and clearing houses. However, in an age when credit card fraud is on the increase, Zonal can protect you and your customers from fraud with the addition of Chip and PIN devices.
