We have comprehensive training facilities at the Zonal Innovation Centre in Oxfordshire, and at our head office in Edinburgh.  The facilities include custom-designed training rooms that have the capability of imitating various customer site configurations and allow training courses to be run in an interactive classroom style environment.

The Zonal Innovation Centre is a unique multi functional venue providing a meeting, workspace, training, and demonstration facility specifically designed to create a virtual hospitality environment.

Our Training Approach

Our product training and support is offered through different channels and takes a modular approach, meaning the training you receive from Zonal is tailored to you and your business.

Configuration Workshop
Zonal’s configuration services give you the opportunity to utilise expert trainers to help you get the most from your Zonal system. With in-depth industry experience we can ensure your Zonal Products meet the requirements of your Business needs through recommendations and guidance. Our interactive workshops are offered either onsite or at one of Zonal’s training centres.

Live Support & Coaching
Attending your premises to guide and coach your teams in your natural working environment will allow teams to embrace learnings and put their previous training experiences into practice. Our enthusiastic training teams will join you in making the launch of Zonal products an energetic and enjoyable event, whilst also delivering a smooth Go Live experience.

Operational Training
Training at Zonal is a structured, interactive and dynamic experience for learners to engage and develop their skills. Operational Training from Zonal is accredited to a Gold Standard by the Learning and Performance Institute, which ensures we deliver consistent training excellence. Training sessions can be held either at one of our training centres or at a venue of your choice.
