Therefore there is scope for this person to be hands on developer either with mobile technologies (iOS/Android) or with web technologies (c#.net/JAVA/PHP). You will ideally already be a Senior Developer or Team Lead with experience of managing teams. The team you lead will be cross functional potentially comprising of Developers, Test Engineers and Business Analysts. You will be expected to be a hands-on developer in this role.
