We have a requirement for Support Analysts to join our expanding support team. We are a modern software development company specialising in EPoS solutions for a number of high profile hospitality companies across the UK and Ireland. Already the biggest provider in our field across the UK, we are looking for highly motivated, talented and ambitious candidates to help grow our business. This role is based in Edinburgh.

You will be working with a team of 60+ Support Analysts, delivering exceptional customer support to our portfolio of prestigious hospitality companies, 365 days per year. We operate a shift pattern to cover the core hours of our business which run from 7am until 1am. What’s expected:
