CONTEXT



The Technical
Services Department consists of Managed Services, Field Service Engineering,
Repair Centre, Warehouse and Production, Technical Support and Technical
Consultancy reporting to the Director of Technical Services.



Support is provided
based upon the SLAs in place with the customers. These are monitored on a
daily basis and reported back to the customer at regular intervals.



This role will be office basedand is based on working hours
of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with a half hour break for lunch. There is an
on call rota for out of hours support and as a result, flexibility in working
hours and travel may be required.
