Exclusive Customer Workshops focusing on Stock and Order
November 2017 saw the kick off of our series of Stock and Order customer workshops. Events have taken place around the UK, from Bath and London to Edinburgh, with plans well advanced for more during the late spring and early summer
Workshops have examined the causes and symptoms of the current “perfect storm” of uncertainty and pressures facing the hospitality industry, and how customers can better utilise their Zonal solutions to help combat these challenges.
Masterclass sessions afforded a “deep dive” into stocks, reporting/BI (Dimensions +) and purchase to pay (Acquire) features – both old and new – and highlighted the power of their extensive, real-time integration. Attendees have also made the most of the opportunity to meet and quiz our subject matter experts to uncover easy to implement hints, tips and best practices to deliver real and immediate benefits. We also took the opportunity to update customers on Zonal’s latest innovations and plans.
Attendees have particularly enjoyed the opportunity to network with other customers and the Zonal team giving them a chance to share their own experiences and challenges. Attendees ranged from F&B, Operations, Regional and Finance Management to Audit, EPoS & IT.
