Zonal serves up its menu of technology solutions to Hotelympia
Having revealed in its GO Technology report that more than half of hotel leisure users would consider making a reservation at the venue’s restaurant if offered an incentive at the time of booking, Zonal will be showcasing its integrated technology solutions at this year’s Hotelympia.
Zonal will be taking to stand 3020 in the Hospitality Tech Show from 5 to 8 March, alongside its family of businesses, including property management system for the hotel sector, High Level Software and online bookings specialist liveRES.
Zonal’s chief executive Stuart McLean said: “For almost 40 years Zonal has been the leading force in helping hospitality businesses drive operating efficiencies and build sales through integrated technology innovations, that support the customer journey every step of the way.
“We are thrilled to be at this year’s Hotelympia where visitors will be able to speak to our team of specialists who will be on hand to help answer any questions. We understand how technology is an important investment and it’s vital that budgets are spent wisely and not simply on the latest fad.”
Working in partnership with Zonal and CGA, the GO Technology report tracks consumer attitudes and experiences with technology when eating and drinking out. The research is conducted quarterly to gain an insight over a period of time to measure consumer behaviour and trends, helping operators to keep one step ahead.
