Seven is a Magic Number

This is Zonal's Learning Provider accreditation
Zonal has retained its accreditation of being an Authorised Assessment Centre (AAC) from the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) for the seventh consecutive year.

Zonal, which supplies the hospitality sector with integrated hospitality management solutions, has long been recognised by the LPI as an accredited training provider.  In 2015 the company was awarded and continues to maintain the Gold Standard (GSA), which is the definitive mark of quality in Learning & Development.

The accreditation falls under the Trainer Performance & Monitoring Assessment Service (TPMA), which is managed by the LPI.

Zonal’s head of learning & development and implementation, Craig Hamill, said:

“At Zonal we are committed to delivering high quality learning, development and training services.  This ongoing recognition from TPMA gives our customers the confidence that we are adhering to best practice and operating to the highest possible industry standards as audited by the TPMA.”

Zonal delivers its core product training from its Innovation Centre in Abingdon, where custom-designed training rooms have the capability of imitating various customer site configurations offering an interactive classroom style environment.

Edmund Monk, CEO, Learning and Performance Institute, said:

“Having now reached seven years as an Accredited Learning Provider, Zonal is clearly ahead of the competition with its commitment to performance improvement, outstanding customer service, and deep domain expertise in EPoS software and systems training.”

“The LPI Accreditation programme is a focused examination of an organisation’s business performance and forward-planning, and the standards needed to qualify are very high, so for Zonal to maintain accredited status for seven consecutive years is a phenomenal achievement, and one of which the entire team should be justifiably proud.”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Zonal to potential purchasers of learning and technology services in the hospitality sector.”

Zonal’s team of 14 trainers, provide over 11,500 hours of classroom and onsite training courses every year.  The company has also developed a suite of e-learning modules that are tailored to meet individual client requirements.
