Switching tech suppliers can be a daunting process, but unlike many other suppliers, we’ll work closely with you and your team throughout the entire onboarding process, making sure you’re all set-up, everyone is fully trained and ready-to-go on your go-live date.
All our customers are assigned a dedicated onboarding partner, who will be with you at every step along your journey, ensuring a smooth transition and keeping you informed on how your project is progressing.
Here’s what to expect during onboarding:
- Stage 1: Kick off meeting with dedicated Zonal Project Manager
- Stage 2: Data collection with our specialist Data Team
- Stage 3: Menus loaded into your new EPoS
- Stage 4: Training with your team on your own database/kit
- Stage 5: Go-live! Zonal team on-site at 7am to ensure everything goes smoothly
- Stage 6: Advanced training for head office or technical teams
