How we make switching easier

When switching to Zonal, you’ll be assigned a dedicated onboarding partner who will support you at every stage during your implementation journey. You’ll also be supported by our expert training, data bureau, support, and account management teams to ensure you’re getting the most out of your tech from day one.

Stage 1: Kick-off

Once you decide to onboard with us, we’ll set up a kick-off meeting with your dedicated Zonal onboarding partner to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have ahead of the onboarding process.

Stage 2: Data

Our specialist data team will work with you to build out your database ready for go-live.

Stage 3: Menus

Once your database is all built, we’ll get everything loaded onto your system.

Stage 4: Training

Our expert training team will provide bespoke training sessions using your own database and equipment to make sure you and your team are familiar with your new technology.

Stage 5: Go-live

Once your go-live date finally arrives, we’ll be there with you on-site to make sure everything goes smoothly with your install and system launch.

Stage 6: Advanced training

If any advanced training is required for your head office or technical teams, we’ll work with you to provide additional training sessions to make sure everyone’s up to speed.

Stage 7: Ongoing support

Finally, once your onboarding is complete, you’ll be handed over to our fantastic Account Management team who will be your primary point of contact and help you make sure you’re getting the most out of your Zonal tech.
